Gumbo Gala Teams

Gumbo will be blind judged on the following criteria:

AROMA

CONSISTENCY
(Gumbo should be a smooth combination of ingredients and roux.)

(Gumbo should look appetizing and roux should be dark.)

TASTE
By participating in Gumbo Gala, you can help our residents live life to the fullest, build new relationships, and live a healthy life by connecting to community health and supportive services. Thank you for considering participation in our fundraising event!
TEAM FEE - $ 300
Includes up to 5 Gumbo Gala t-shirts for team members, team sign, and acknowledgements in printed materials, Episcopal Place newsletter, announcements

Most Divine Gumbo (from among participating Episcopal entities)
TEAM PROVIDES
All ingredients and equipment for at least 5-7 gallons of gumbo and tent decorations (will be judged for Spirit Award)
PROVIDED FOR TEAMS
Cooking canopy, team sign, water/hand-washing stations, 1 table, tasting cups and spoons, rice, paper towels
