Service Coordination
- Supportive Services Coordinator (Social Worker) on site
- New resident orientation
- Provides ongoing formal and informal education for residents, their families and staff. Topics include but are not limited to: health, safety, wellness, financial management, home management, lease requirements and compliance, Episcopal Place policies and procedures, insurance benefits, recognition of abuse and neglect, conflict management and crisis intervention
- Advocacy for the rights, benefits and services of all residents
- Scheduled health screenings
