VENDOR INFORMATION

 

  • Thank you for considering being a vendor at Gumbo Gala - we appreciate you!

  • main event is Saturday April 30, 2022 at Cahaba Brewing Co, 12:00-3:00

  • vendor fee is $75 and includes a 10x10 space

  • vendors may bring a 10x10 tent, but not required

  • vendors are responsible for all tables, table coverings, chairs, etc.

  • electricity is not available at vendor spaces

  • vendors may arrive and unload on Saturday April 30 as early as 9:00.  

  • please plan to be setup by 11:30 and remain at event until 3:00

  • beer & cocktails may be purchased from Cahaba Brewing - please do not bring alcoholic beverages onsite 

  • In addition to having gumbo samples, food can be purchased from the food trucks

  • please help us promote on social media, and invite your friends.  This is a fundraiser for Episcopal Place.

  • consider ordering a t-shirt and extra tickets @ episcopalplace.org  

  • Gumbo Gala is kid friendly, pet friendly, and smoke free

  • please let us know if there is anything you need

  • we will be there rain or shine
