VENDOR INFORMATION

 

  • vendors booths are reserved for local artists and artisans

  • vendors may arrive and unload on May 2 at 8:00

  • vendors may also setup Friday May 1 with prior approval from Episcopal Place

  • vehicles are not allowed inside park between 9:30 and 2:00

  • all vendors should be setup by 10:30 Saturday morning (event starts at 11:00)

  • vendors may pre-order tents, tables, and chairs using online form below

  • vendors may bring their own tents, tables, and chairs

  • bring festive decorations for your vendor space

  • each paid vendor registration will include two admission tickets for gumbo tasting

  • vendor tickets will be delivered via email after online vendor form is submitted

  • please encourage your friends to purchase tickets and attend (it is a fundraiser for Episcopal Place)

  • at 1:45 the band will lead a second line parade, so grab an umbrella and join the fun

  • at 2:00 awards ceremony will begin on stage

  • over 40 gumbo cook teams will be competing

  • vendors may also bring their own food and beverage for personal use

  • vendors are prohibited from giving away or selling alcoholic beverages

  • a food truck and ice cold beverages will be available for purchase

  • Gumbo Gala is kid friendly, pet friendly, and smoke free

  • volunteers will be assigned to check on vendors throughout the day
